Do I need to have a history of fitness or athletics?

No! We welcome all fitness levels. We’re used to working with people of all capabilities. BeniFit Fitnesss is a judgment-free zone! We strive to make you to feel comfortable in your new gym “home.”

When are classes?

  • 2 morning classes Mon, Wed, Fri  / 7:00 am & 8:00 am
  • 2 morning classes Sat / 7:30 am & 8:30 am
  • 2 evening classes Mon – Thurs / 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm

Is this for men and women?

Yes, this program is good for men and women. 

What is the cost?

About the Classes
These are small group classes that focus on increasing your strength, flexibility and balance and will get you in shape for summer! You’ll have lots of accountability and make new “gym friends.” There are convenient times for classes even if you are busy. The programs are not cookie cutter and the workouts and exercises change daily, but follow a periodized program.

The facility is immaculate and locally owned and operated with a wide variety of equipment that cannot be found anywhere else and fantastic sound system.

About the Trainers
All classes are led by a knowledgeable coach who will guide and encourage you in a welcoming environment. As part of the structured programming, we make sure your form is correct and cue every movement to maximize the efficiency of the exercise and reduce the chance of injury.
